Österlen is a little paradise located in the southeast part of Sweden. Here, you’ll find Vitemölle Badhotell – a cozy and delightful retreat place just 50 meters from the beach and only a 2-hour drive from Copenhagen.

At this retreat, you’ll learn powerful tools to help you open up to more presence and tranquility in your life.
Through a blend of free dance/Embodied Movement, gentle breathwork and yoga, guided meditations, and a cacao ceremony, you’ll have the opportunity to experience deep transformative processes over these 3 days.

Price: 6995 SEK / 4600 DKK.
If you want a double room for yourself, there will be an additional cost of 1900 SEK; let me know when booking your spot.
A deposit of 1500 SEK / 1000 DKK is binding and is paid after you have booked and received a confirmation. The remaining amount is due no later than 4 weeks before the retreat and can be paid in installments by agreement.
